( NOT eduroam!) Although the device is connecting to the usdguest SSID, the bandwidth is being controlled by eduroam for the best possible connection and speed. Turn the device back on and connect to the usdguest wireless network. After registering, turn off the device's wireless connectivity through the network settings.
